The Anderson County High School Band Boosters are very dedicated to providing their support to the students and the band director. From organizing fund raisers, providing food for the chow wagon, recruiting new parents, oh my, the list goes on and on. You couldn't ask for a better group of people!!!!

Statewide band booster organization in planning stages.
All band boosters and band parent organizations in the state of Kentucky are invited to join us in Lexington, on a weekend in November 2005, for and organizational meeting. We will be discussing the possibility of forming a statewide band boosters and band parents organization. The main purpose of this meeting would be for us to share some tried and true methods of membership drives, fundraising ideas that work for you, and the high cost of transportation for your bands, just to name a few. We could get together and meet possibly just twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. We will discuss what we did this past year and how we can improve, so that our organizations back home can become a much stronger and sufficient group of people, that are out there on the road every late summer and fall, doing what they like best, supporting their school bands and all the other bands that compete throughout the year.
